Paper Registration

The Parish (St. Agnes/St. Camillus) Registration Form  can be download and printed here .
 

Online Registration

Use the "My Own Church" website to register online or update your church records for your family and individual family members:  https://boston.parishsoftfamilysuite.com/ 

Those changes, once approved by a church staff member, will electronically update the church’s database. And you can do it all without paper forms or phone calls to the Collaborative Pastoral Center. View the video tutorial below for assistance.
